SRI Consulting was founded in 2018 by Anandha Kumar (Anandhu) to serve the specialized training, consultation, and assessment needs of the healthcare sector.
As a Healthcare System Expert with over a decade of experience, Anandhu specializes in driving process improvements and operational excellence across hospitals. With a strong background in Operations and Engineering, he is a results-oriented leader highly experienced in quality process design, cost reduction, and leadership management.
Anandhu is a certified QMS Lead Auditor who has successfully guided numerous management systems toward ISO 9001, ISO 15189, NABH, and NABL accreditations.
